【招聘岗位】

1、Site Manager (CRA) 临床监查员

Objective of Position：


1. Act as primary local company contact for assigned sites for specific trials.
2. Responsible for executing activities within site selection, site initiation and start-up, site monitoring, site management and site/study close-out according to internal SOPs and policies.
3. Ensures site staff are trained and the corresponding training records are complete and accurate at any time point during all trial phases.
4. Ensures accuracy, validity and completeness of data collected at trial sites.
5. Maintains complete, accurate and timely data and essential documents in systems utilized for  trial management
6. Collaborates with LTM for documenting and communicating site/study progress and issues to trial central team.
7. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in particular investigators, trial coordinators and other site staff.

Qualifications：


1. A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required. A degree in a health or science related field is preferred.  
2. Good academic record and internship experience is preferred, however, other relevant experiences and skills may be considered by the hiring manager when considering the candidate’s eligibility.
3. Strong IT skills in appropriate software and company systems.
4. Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stay away from home.
5. Proficient in speaking and writing the country language and English, already passed CET-6 test.  
6. Good written and oral communication skills.

2、Statistical Programmer Analyst

Objective of Position


Statistical Programmer Analyst is accountable for development, verification, and documentation of SAS code on the assigned clinical project.  This role is that of a SAS programmer who is capable of supporting programming requests of low to medium complexity in support of clinical trial reporting and submissions, with guidance.

Main Accountabilities


· Designs and develops statistical programs for the assigned project
· Performs quality control in support of clinical R&D analysis and reporting
· Assists in the review and input into project requirements
· Maintains documentation as appropriate
· Completes programming tasks of low to medium complexity with high quality and timeliness of deliverables

Knowledge


· This role requires an in-depth knowledge of SAS programming
· This role requires a working knowledge of departmental processes and a basic         knowledge of clinical research concepts.  This role requires a basic awareness of applicable regulations.

Qualifications


· Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, epidemiology, public health, computer science or other scientific field (or equivalent theoretical/technical depth) is required
· Pharmaceutical industry experience in clinical trial area is a plus
· Experience in a pharmaceutical/clinical trial environment is preferred
· Knowledge of programming language(s) and data structures
· Demonstrated written and verbal communications skill is required
· Experience working with programmers in a team environment is preferred

Minimum Technical Knowledge and Skills


· Expert knowledge of SAS programming.  Knowledge of other statistical software (e.g., S-Plus, R, PASS) is a plus
· Good communication skills in written and oral English
